Our collaboration began with a comprehensive discovery phase in which we learned about their goals, aspirations, and processes. During this phase, we learned about their philosophy of measuring success not only by financial returns but through the positive impact their projects have on Maine’s communities. With the foundation laid, we were able to help develop a sophisticated brand identity
system that reflected their commitment to transforming underutilized spaces into sustainable developments. Their brand identity system included logo creation, color palette, and typography selection, as well as custom brand patterns. Each aspect of this system highlighted their expertise, with a focus on their unique community-focused investment approach.
